We want you to benefit from of our knowledge and experience by offering you our unique triage and first line maintenance service. This service helps you keep your repair costs down. Rather than call out tradesmen straight away (unless it is an emergency), we will perform an on-site review of problems and perform first line maintenance where appropriate to ensure that you do not incur any unnecessary expense.
We are available to you throughout the working day as well as evenings and weekends, so you and your tenants can get in touch with us every day of the week.
We offer you a personal and friendly service; reporting regularly to you with photographs of your property so that you can see it is being looked after.
Over 90% of tenants begin their search online therefore we base our marketing on effective use of the major property websites (Rightmove, Primelocation, Findaproperty etc.) as well as our own site. This approach significantly reduces costs, enabling us to pass on savings to you in the form of reduced fees whilst maintaining a fully comprehensive service.
We recognise that every landlord has different requirements therefore, we have developed a flexible fee structure, which can be tailored to your specific needs. If you have a portfolio of 3 or more properties to transfer over to us, we are also able to offer favourable terms.
*All management fees are for the duration that the tenant is in the property. There is no minimum. If the tenant leaves before the end of the tenancy fees are returned on a pro rata basis. *No Renewal fees.
